Two years ago my friend the collector Jean Pierre Petit left us. I remember him as a radiant man passionate about sculpture. He lived in the midst of his collection which featured the big names in modern art in a wide variety of materials.
On October 27, 2020 part of this collection will be on display at Pescheteau-Badin at the Hôtel Drouot. In the auction catalog are two pieces: “Galileo” from 2010 and “N’Gage” from 2004, both made in Grasse. The N’Gage sculpture found a taker for 300 Euros and Galileo for 250 Euros.
